It All Returns to the Molecule is a one-of-a-kind original artwork created with natural pigments on handmade paper.

The work emerges from an ongoing investigation into matter, movement, landscape, and the subtle relationships between the human body and the natural world. Earth-derived pigments are applied directly to handmade paper, allowing the character of each material to remain present in the finished surface.

Rather than treating paper as a neutral support, this work considers paper as part of the artwork itself. Its fibers, texture, pigment, variations, and marks hold traces of the process through which the piece came into being.

The title, It All Returns to the Molecule, reflects an interest in the elemental nature of matter and the ways seemingly separate things remain connected through material transformation.

Every variation in color, texture, and mark is part of the original work. Because the artwork is created with natural materials by hand, the surface cannot be exactly reproduced.
