Calle Soledad Presa is an artist-run experimental rasquache press creating handmade codex journals, artist books, poetry broadsides, and handmade papers. Each piece is created using rasquache —working with available materials to create one-of-a-kind art objects for writers, artists, and collectors.

CALLE SOLEDAD PRESA (San Antonio, Texas) is an artist-run experimental rasquache press, founded by Diana Lizette Rodriguez. The press is created from the landscape, location-time meditations inside the Central Public Library which is located on Soledad Street. Each piece is part of an ongoing practice. Calle Soledad Presa moves between structure and improvisation—where the codex becomes both tool and record. Find out more by visiting our WEBSITE.
